Our CAM membership is simple and easy for everyone. Your membership fee is deducted from your nominated card or bank account on the 1st of each month. You can be confident knowing you don’t have to remember when music fees are due and we can continue bringing the joy and education of music to our students

Our CAM Membership includes…

  • A weekly 1/2hr Private Lesson during the school year

  • Your lesson time reserved for you while your membership is active

  • Participation in any End of Term Recital

  • Unlimited reschedules within the current school term (minimum of 24hrs notice using the student portal)

  • VIP access to workshops and clinics

Rest assured, you aren’t paying for lessons you won’t receive. We take the total cost of a years lessons and split that evenly over 12 monthly payments of $155. So students gets 41 lessons in-line with NSW school terms across the 52 weeks of the year. We settled on this structure in consultation with families a few years ago as it was a consistent, lower monthly price. Otherwise the debits fluctuate between $45 and $225 if we went off how many lessons in that month.

Don’t worry; you can cancel your membership at anytime with at least 15 days notice prior to the next scheduled direct debit. Music can be really tricky (especially at the beginning) and we know it isn’t for everyone. But it does require some commitment to learn the foundations. We do expect new students to stick with their membership for at least one term (3 months) to give it their best shot.

When will my monthly payments be deducted?

  • Automatic debit occurs on the 1st of each month (inc Jan)

Where will my CC details be stored?

  • Credit card details are stored securely by our merchant provider

What if my card is declined?

  • An admin fee will apply for any declined/expired cards

What if I don’t have a credit card?

  • No problem!

  • We can direct debit bank accounts.

  • Pay via CASH or EFT quarterly (at the start of each school term directly to the CAM office)

Is there any processing fees?

  • Nope. This is one simple payment

What if I want to cancel my membership?

  • You can cancel at anytime. Just send an email to our office at least 15 days before the next scheduled direct debit

What if I want to pause my membership?

  • Memberships cannot be paused. To reserve a lesson time students need an active membership.

  • If you aren’t able to make a few weeks due to going on a long holiday or breaking an arm for example, just get in touch with our office. We are more then happy to work with you to find a solution.

Will there be additional costs?

  • Books and Accessories, will be required from time to time as each student progresses

  • Participation in any additional workshops or events the student wish to be involved in. However Members receive VIP Access and discounts on tickets.

What if I start mid month?

  • We’ll pro-rata your first payment, and then you’ll join the automatic debit system from the 1st of the following month

What if I’m away or sick for a lesson?

  • If a student is unable to make a scheduled lesson they can reschedule it using the online student portal with more then 24hrs notice. A lesson credit can be applied to use at a later time, but must be redeemed within 3 months.

  • Without 24hrs notice the lesson is forfeited and no credit will be applied.

What if my usual teacher is away?

  • Occasionally, CAM tutors are sick or unavailable for their teaching. In this situation, another approved CAM teacher may be arranged to teach the scheduled classes. While we will do our best to notify you of any teacher change, this may not always be possible.

  • If a suitable CAM teacher is not available for a scheduled lesson, the lesson will be cancelled and a lesson credit will be placed on your account to be redeemed within 6 months.
